The staff at Good Samaritan Uptown Imaging on Burns Road in Palm Beach Gardens are super friendly and accommodating. When I arrived, I learned the MGSF in Jupiter had sent an incorrect CT scan script. The staff at Uptown had to tried to fax and call them to get the correct script so I could get the CT done, but the Medical Group of South Florida did not do as they said they would. After numerous attempts with no response I had to drive back to Jupiter and go the the medical office to try and get a new correct CT script! The staff at Uptown were AMAZING and so helpful on their end. Bryan at the front desk rescheduled me for 1:15 today so I didnt have to wait! Ill be going back to Uptown Imaging if I need any future tests! I am so appreciative of their kindness and compassion!

Karen is the best! I came in for a simple Heart Echo (my first one ever). She made the process quick and easy. Very knowledgeable and made this an incredibly pleasant experience. What I loved most was that she consistently checked on me throughout the procedure to see if I was comfortable. She gave clear instruction and had me on my way relatively quickly. I appreciated her thoroughness and attention to detail. I do wish I noticed something earlier, once I left I noticed that the front desk admin screwed up my SS #. Actually when she had me double check my information at time of check in, I pointed it out to her that it was incorrect. She said, "oh no it's not, we auto generated the last 4 #'s for security." Well after the appointment, I was emailed a link to sign up for the online dashboard access. It prompts you to enter your DOB and SS... guess which SS # worked, the wrong one! I'll leave my review as a 5 star all because of how fantastic Karen was. But they really need to better train the front desk support. There isn't even an option to fix the social online. Will probably avoid Good Samaritan going forward if they can't even get this right. If you are forced to come here, just hope you get to work with Karen.
